Shift to All Digital Worship

Advent 4 and Christmas Eve

Good morning friends and members of Emmanuel Reformed Church,

Snowy December greetings from God’s hill!

Due to the advice of health professionals, we have prayerfully determined to keep our friends and members safe that we will be moving online for the remainder of 2020.  We regret having to cancel in person worship, but the restrictions on in person service in order to keep people safe would have made one of our favorite services of the year very difficult.  However, this does not mean we stop worship!  This does not mean that  Emmanuel is on the ropes!  It does mean that we will worship in a new way.  We do have some important gifts for you to unwrap from the Lord:

Sunday, December 20th is the Fourth Sunday in Advent.  You can access the service live at 10:15 or it is archived for future viewing here:  https://www.facebook.com/hillschurchexport/live.  This service will deal with the theme of the Angel Gabriel announcing the Birth of Jesus.

  • Christmas Eve at 7 p.m. will be streamed only. But never fear!  We’ve got some special surprises wrapped in the service for you.  If you would like to tape a greeting or part of the service, you have until Sunday to get it to Logan and Heather Clark for broadcast.  This will be a very meaningful, if different, Christmas for us all.

Blessings to you from the Emmanuel Church family to your family.

Grace and Peace,

Pastor Joseph
