Important Information Regarding in Person Worship at Emmanuel Church for March 22 and March 29

Matthew 18:10–  Jesus, said, ” See that you do not despise one of these vulnerable ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.”

Dear Friends and members of Emmanuel Church,

For the past few weeks we have been watching the health recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the PA Department of Health, our own Penn West Conference, and the White House.

With yesterday’s (March 16’s) announcement from President Trump that we should avoid gatherings larger than 10 people for 15 days, the Consistory and Pastor have determined to follow that advice by not having in person services for March 22 and 29.  We will have some sort of live-streaming option through Facebook or ZOOM.  More information will follow.

We will evaluate after that point how we move forward.

The Church office will not close nor will pastoral ministry.  If you have a need, please call the pastor at 412-956-5252.  If you are in need of essentials and do not feel you can go out, please call.  If you are blessed with more than you need and can provide something for someone in need, reach out to the office.  You can drop items off at the church office and we will distribute them.

“God is good, all the time.”

We will keep you up to date with regular communications.

Grace and Peace,

Pastor Joseph
