It’s a beautiful morning up on God’s Hill!
- Tomorrow Night, April 19 at 7 p.m.–Hill’s has partnered with Plough to host a book discussion at Bella Luna Restaurant this Thursday April 19th at 7 p.m. to look at options in community living. We will use as our discussion book “Why We Live in Community” by the founder of the Bruderhof communities, Eberhard Arnold. You do not have to have previously read the book to participate. (As a thank you gift, the folks from Plough have generously offered free subscriptions to attendees for 1 year. I will have cards to fill out at the event. Their magazine is published quarterly and always has provocative,
Christ-focused, and meaningful articles, works of art and poetry.) At: Bella Luna Trattoria Restaurant, 5060 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, PA 15146. The panel discussion will begin at 7:00 PM and we will eat at 8:00 PM.
- Sunday, April 22-– Worship at 10:15 a.m. I will be playing guitar again for the music portion of the service and we will have a guest speaker from the Gideon’s, who will talk about their ministry of providing Bibles to people all over the world.
- May 2, 2018–Spring Salad Luncheon. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Call the church office for ticket reservations at 724-327-3050.
