Dear friends and members of Emmanuel Church,
We offer our deepest condolences and sympathy to the family of Ellen Jack. Ellen had been in the hospital for about two weeks and passed away on Sunday night, July 16th.
Visitation will be at Hart Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 on Thursday, July 20th. The Funeral Service will be on Friday, July 21 at 11 a.m. at the Funeral Home, 3103 Lillian Avenue. Interment will be at Twin Valley Memorial Park following the service.
