Dear Friends and Members of Emmanuel Church,
It’s a beautiful morning up on God’s hill!!!!
- Sunday Morning is our worship and we will be hearing about God’s people and their return to Jerusalem, as told in the Book of Ezra. Shawn Hanks and Pastor Joseph will be leading the worship & music. The theme: “Come on up to God’s House.”
- Prayer Angels will meet on November 13th at 6 p.m. We will be making one blanket and praying for the congregation’s needs.
- We are preparing some children’s songs for the Advent/Christmas season. We practice with the children on Mondays at 6:15 p.m. for about a 1/2 hour.
- Adult Choir on meets on Monday, November 14th at 7 p.m.
- Tuesday is Bible Study at 10 a.m.
- November 20th is our second Messy Church! The theme will be “Our Daily Bread” and we need your help! Adults and children. You don’t have to be a church member to attend. Talk to Heather Clark if interested.
- The Coaster Project is underway!!!!!! Here’s how it works: Every time someone has a Emmanuel Church Coaster and does a random act of kindness, that person gives away a coaster and ask the recipient to Pay it Forward. Then, go to our Facebook page and write the number of your coaster and where you are (or even better a picture of your coaster at your location). How far can they travel? Want a coaster? Ask Pastor Joseph for one or send him an email using the convenient link at the bottom of the webpage.
