Dear friends and members of Emmanuel Church,
This week we sent out 3 prayer blankets for people who are having chemotherapy treatments from as close as Greensburg to as far away and Florida! Thank you for supporting this important ministry! It is awesome. Prayer is really working up here on the hill! Keep up the good work, everyone.
This Sunday in our theme, “2016–The Year of the Bible,” we will be looking at Genesis 37–the story of Joseph and his brothers. The title is “Living the Dream.” At the Adult Sunday School class at 9 a.m., we will be having a discussion about the main text.
Sunday afternoon is Confirmation Class at 6 p.m.
Monday night February 29th is Choir Practice.
Tuesday morning is Worship Committee at 9 a.m.
Tuesday morning is Bible Study at 10 a.m. We are studying the trial and crucifixtion of Jesus in the Gospel of Mark.
Wednesday is our Land into Lunch, mid week Lenten Service at First UCC, Harrison City at 12 noon.
