Good morning friends and members of Emmanuel Church,
For the next two Sundays, Hill’s Church will be hosting Acoustic Worship. Shawn Hanks and the Pastor will be leading guitar worship–some old favorite songs along with some new things. On November 16, we will be focused on Jesus’ story of risk (The Parable of the Talents) in Matthew 25:14-30. Next Sunday,November 23, we will have our Thanksgiving worship and dedication of the food that we are collecting for the Westmoreland County Food Bank.
Next Wednesday, November 19th, we are planning a trip to Pittsburgh to visit the Church Brew Works and St. Anthony’s Chapel on the North side. We are car pooling and will leave church at 11 a.m.
The Secret Pal Christmas Party is on Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:30 p.m.
The All-Church Christmas Party with Santa will be on Sunday, December 7th after worship. Bring in a wrapped present for your child with a label of his or her name, so Santa knows who gets what.
