Hello friends and members of Emmanuel Reformed Church,
Tomorrow night, Thursday, April 17th is our informal Maundy Thursday service in the Steele Building. We will have a simple soup supper followed by hymns and communion. Everything starts at 6:30 p.m.
Friday night is a somber remembrance of Jesus’ Cross, Good Friday. Worship is at 7:30 p.m.
All hands on deck for help with the Easter Breakfast! If you can help with some work on Sunday, the breakfast is from 7 to 10 a.m. The reason we need your help is because this is our chance to ‘put our best foot forward.’ This is how we interact with our community and with our brothers and sisters in Christ. So, if you can be there, even if you can only offer help for a 1/2 hour, we could use you! Thanks in advance.
Sunday’s Schedule:
6:30 a.m.–Community Sunrise Service. In the Cemetery with participation from First UCC Apollo, Emmanuel Lutheran, Newlonsburg, and First United Methodist.
8:00 a.m.–Worship with Communion. First Service of Easter.
10:15 a.m.–Worship with Communion. Second Service of Easter with Noisy Collection & Easter Egg Hunt Immediately following worship.
