Good morning members and friends of Hills Church,
We’ve had a busy week around the church! Thanks to all who made the Spring Salad Luncheon and the National Day of Prayer Meeting successes! There was a lot of good food and good fellowship with each other and I hope you’ve been blessed with a report of each of the events, if you were unable to attend yourself.
Tomorrow is the Open House for Living Waters and a few of us are going up to camp in preparation for the Summer Schedule and to welcome folks who may never have been there before. Please pray for safe travels for everyone.
Sunday morning at 9 a.m. we will be having our adult Sunday School on the Book of Revelation. Worship at 10:15 is based on John Chapter 14, where Jesus talks about the Holy Spirit. My sermon is titled “The Temple of the Holy Ghost.” Amanda Steele is singing for special music.
After Worship, we will have our first Sunday of the Month covered dish and recognition of May birthdays and anniversaries. Invite some friends along!
Next Week: Monday is Choir at 7. Tuesday is Bible Study at 10 a.m. Wednesday is Consistory at 7 p.m.
