Dear Friends and Members of Emmanuel Church,
This Sunday the Women’s Guild is sponsoring a Father’s Day breakfast at 9a.m. until service time. Bring someone that you’d like to say thanks to and treat them to breakfast–he doesn’t have to be your dad–could be a neighbor or mentor.
Sunday worship will have a special children’s program on the theme Father’s Day. Worship is at 10:15.
Vacation Bible School is Monday through Wednesday this week, 6-9 p.m. The Theme is “Culture Shock: Jesus’ mission around the world.” Monday night is Europe, Tuesday is India, and Wednesday is the Philippines.
Remember that our Homecoming Service is in two Sundays, June 24th. There will be a special homecoming reception with games for the kids. Barbequed chicken will be provided as will drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to pass.
