Hello friends and members of Hill’s Church,
This Sunday we will be celebrating with the DiDomenico family the Baptism of Josephine Valeria DiDomenico! So be sure to come along to worship and be part of welcoming Josephine into God’s family!
Next week, we will be having a special benefit Bar-be-que on Wednesday June 13th from 5-7 pm. It will cost $8 per person, children 5 and under will get a free kids meal. This meal will support the Children’s Youth Ministry program at the church and will provide scholarship money for children from Hills to attend Living Waters Camp. Menu: your choice of a pulled pork sandwich or grilled BBQ chicken. The rest is unlimited–hot dogs, baked beans, pasta salad, macaroni salad, fruit, dessert, lemonade and more! Children under 5 get a kids meal for free! Take out is available.
Looking ahead to the week of June 18th, 19th and 20th is our Church’s VBS Part I: “Culture Shock.” We will be following the Mission Jesus around the world! We will be traveling to places like Europe, India and the Philippines and hear how God is working there and here. Along with that I am in need of some two liter bottles for Wednesday evening. (I can’t possibly drink that much pop–We need two empty bottles per child). Please talk to me if you can help out or drop them off here at the church.
