This sermon looks at Jethro, the Father-in-Law of Moses in Exodus Chapter 18:13-27. The main idea of the sermon, that people never behave exactly the way you expect them to, comes from the writings of Margaret Wheatley somewhere.
And fellowship is so difficult in the church. Churches fight over small little things–electrical outlets, salt in the soup, decaf or regular–but according to Exodus 18, fellowship is so much greater than the little details.
