Hello friends and members of Hill’s Church,
This week has been a busy one around Hill’s Church.
We’re preparing for worship on Sunday when Ryan Lucas will be preaching on the
Ten Commandments. Ryan is a first year student at the Penn West Academy and
member of Hill’s. Please come out to support Ryan in his very first sermon.
We are rapidly preparing ourselves to host the Blood Drive on Saturday, March 31
from 9 to 3. Trista Lucas is our contact person and she will be registering
people for spots after worship this Sunday. We are using the Central Blood Bank
for the drive because the blood stays local and helps local patients. (That is
not always true when you donate blood–some blood banks send it rather far
away.) We are looking for people to register. If you can’t, or don’t think you
can donate, talk it up among your friends and neighbors! Give the gift of life.
Next week, Monday night is choir. Tuesday morning is Bible Study at 10 a.m.
Wednesday night is the Cluster Worship Service at Harrison City at 7:30 p.m.
