Hello Friends of Hill’s Church,
First, some exciting news!!!! Ella Rayn Lucas, daughter of Ryan and Trista Lucas, was born yesterday!!! She is 8lbs, 8 oz and 21 inches long! Her grandparents are Christine and Darren Nichter, great grandmother is Bertha King, and great Aunt is Donna Carroll! Blessings to all!
This upcoming Sunday’s worship service is going to focus on 1 Corinthians 1. The sermon is called “The Mardi Gras Message.” After worship is the covered dish and congregational meeting.
On Sunday, February 6th, we are celebrating Boy Scout Sunday with the Cub Pack 213. It will also be the “Souper Bowl of Caring,” when everyone is asked to bring a canned good for the Westmoreland County Food Bank.
After worship on February 13th is the Valentine’s Sweethearts Dinner following worship. There is a sign up sheet on the door of the Church Office.
