Last evening we held the last mid-week cluster Lenten Service. Thanks to all who donated refreshments and helped set up and make Hills church friendly.
Sunday the choir will do their Easter Cantata as we worship together on this Palm Sunday. I hope and pray that all of you make this Holy Week special in your spiritual lives.
Maundy Thursday we will gather in the Steele Fellowship Hall at 6:30 p.m. for a soup dinner followed by a communion service around our tables. In this way we will remember our Lord’s Last Supper.
Good Friday we will worship with a special Tenebrae Service to remember the crucifixion of our Lord. This is a solemn service of extinguishing candles, and ending in darkness.
Easter Sunday will be a time of celebration as we not only remember the resurrection but we celebrate the fact that Jesus lives. Join Christian believers around the world in this celebration.
See you in Church.
