Good Morning,
It hardly seems possible that we have reached the last day of 2009. Tomorrow we begin another New Year. My prayers this morning were asking God to bless the Mission and Ministry of Hills Church. I look forward to this year filled with hope for you as a congregation. Sunday after church the Search Committee will be presenting to the Consistory a recommendation of a candidate for Pastor. I see the hand of God at work in blessing Hills Church.
Sunday the choir will be presenting their Christmas Cantata that was postponed due to the weather a few weeks ago. We will also be celebrating the Sacrament of Holy Communion this first Sunday of the New Year. We will also be celebrating January Birthdays and Anniversaries with a covered dish meal. Don’t miss out on this Special Sunday. See you in church.
